Three ways we create movement

Clarity before expansion. Knowledge before automation.

We bridge the space between strategic intent and practical execution—without forcing your business into a generic playbook.

01

Japan Validation Sprint

Test whether your offer earns serious attention in Japan before committing to a full launch. We examine positioning, buyer response, trust signals, and the adaptations needed to enter intelligently.

Business Automation

We research practical, human-supervised AI workflows around real operations. Because the field is changing quickly, this is currently an R&D area rather than a packaged service.

Built for consequential transitions

You have substance. The next market cannot see it yet.

Your expertise lives in a few people. Your Japan plan rests on assumptions. Your automation experiments have not become reliable operations. WaSanDo helps turn that ambiguity into a practical next move.

Japan is not won through translation alone. Your value must be recast into a form that earns trust, attention, and internal advocacy.

The person behind WaSanDo

Business reality, cultural difference, and the human mind belong in the same conversation.

Kazuyoshi has spent 46 years in Japan. After completing an MA at Nanzan University and beginning his career in education, he was invited by Toyota to support operations in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Over approximately 18½ years he worked in distribution, global education, factory establishment and operations in Poland and Czechia, and as Toyota's Tokyo contact for European embassies.

After experiencing both entrepreneurship and business failure, he joined Honda Trading projects aimed at reviving underperforming European dealers and improving Honda Romania; his training contributed to sales doubling within two months. He later taught and consulted in Poland. Following illness, rehabilitation, and a return to Japan, he founded WaSanDo to give CEOs—especially in difficult periods—the practical support he once lacked.
